1. What is the name of your business and what is your role? Zeiler Jankey Incorporated, a law firm situated in 12 Ennisdale Drive, Durban North. My role at the firm is one of a Junior Conveyancer and Professional Assistant.

2. Describe your business in two sentences. We provide exceptional legal services to clients ranging from conveyancing and property law to commercial law for your business. We aim to provide prompt, efficient and personalised professional services to clients always.

3. How long have you been in business? Just less than a year however the firm has been around for just over 17 years.

4. How did you get into this business? I have always had a passion for law and decided to specialise in conveyancing and I decided to join Zeiler Jankey Incorporated as the firm is a small company which allows me to grow myself as I grow the business.

5. What’s the biggest challenge you’ve faced, and how did you overcome it? Having to deal with failure. If you have been someone who has flowed through life, having to accept failure can be hard. I have learnt to embrace the moment and start seeing failure as an opportunity to try again more intelligently.

6. What single trait/skill could you not have succeeded without? Will-power. You need that hunger and drive to achieve what you put your mind to.

7. What is the best business advice you’ve received? Always provide the best professional service to a client. This is very important in the profession I am in as most of the work comes through referrals by past clients.

8. Your secret to business success is? Focus on providing exceptional customer service to the customers you get. They have the ability to grow your business.

9. What is your business goal for 2024? Getting the firm out there and hopefully get more clients by expanding our professional network.

10. Tell us one thing that not many people know about you? I am a go-getter. Once I set a goal for myself, I will make sure that I achieve it!
