November 2016 Meeting
November 3, 2016 @ 8:00 am - 10:30 am
Topic: Active Ageing
The way an individual ages is determined by a variety of social or biological factors - life’s experiences and attitude that impacts our lifestyle and ageing process. The manner in which how a person ages may contribute to how long a person will live and more importantly how fit a person might be in the late period of their lives. Active ageing presents us with an opportunity for a more improved quality of life - through informed decisions on health, participation and security as we begin to age.
