March 2019 Meeting
March 7, 2019 @ 7:30 am - 10:30 am
Topic: The truth will set you free (but only after it kicks you in the guts!)
Justin is a passionate and positive South African who uses his skills as a writer, speaker and facilitator to challenge the way we see ourselves as leaders in our country. How do we show up as business owners, but also as citizens? Are we overwhelmed by the negativity of our time, or are we positive about the future and the difference we can make? In conversation with Jackie Warner, Justin will challenge us to see the cup half full…and to fill the cups of others to overflowing!

He works with a diverse range of clients from schools, NGO’s and SMME’s to multi-national corporations. - Armchair critics to co-architects of a better future
- Organizations to communities
- Power-over, to power-with
- Diversity and inclusion to relationship and care
- Safety as compliance to safety as a reflection of value
- Patriarchy to partnership
“My objective for bringing Justin into the company was to facilitate a process to make some fundamental cultural changes in our EXCO team and thus allow us to influence the entire organisational culture. His approach has resonated well with the EXCO team. We have not completed this journey, but I can highly recommend him to facilitate change interventions in any social environment. The initiative must be genuine and sustainable and then I believe his facilitation can be life changing.” – Thomas Holtz. CEO. Multotec
“Toastmasters International had the good fortune to employ Justin Foxton as a speaker at our
African International Convention. We have nothing but praise for Justin as a speaker.
He is professional, polished and highly engaging; a hit with our discerning audience for demonstrating the power of speaking and how he has implemented leadership in his own life.” Erich Viedge. Chairperson. Toastmasters South Africa
“Justin is perspicacious and is able to challenge his audience and individuals on introspection, personal growth and accountability with much ease.” Merryl Williamson. Principal. Stanger Primary.
His clients include LafargeHolcim, Richards Bay Minerals, Multotec, Symphonia for South Africa, The Democracy Development Program, the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Imerys SA
