Authentic business innovation is the creation and exchange of equitable stakeholder value. This is the new business paradigm of the Exponential Age. Conscious leaders are self-aware and operate from a place of authentic power, they are conscious capitalists who are pro-profit and free-enterprise though not at the cost of any stakeholder. This workshop covers social cohesion, conscious leadership and conscious capitalism, learning how to cooperate, survive and prosper together in the Exponential Age.

Presenter: Wendy Mahoney
Wendy is an Innovation Specialist. She chairs the 30% Club for KZN and heads Newmella Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a Global Business Innovation Consultancy. Newmella is focused on growing the profit of companies by enabling them to innovate at a faster rate, through the development of Inclusive, Emotionally Intelligent and Critical Thinking Leaders.
Wendy lectured a course in Business Innovation Management at Vega, a subsidiary of ADvTECH, has written a book on transformation and speaks globally on the need for, root and process of people transformation for innovation, profit and well-being.
As a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and an internationally accredited Trainer of NLP, Wendy has always been passionate about the value of neuroscience for rapid transformation and enhanced communication. It was during her Master’s in Business Innovation research though, that she discovered the value of neuro-science in innovation.
Wendy’s corporate positions include; Executive Director European Times, Director Sales and Marketing CNBC and Forbes Africa, General Manager Sales Trudon South Africa and Director TDS Namibia.
In the Exponential Age, things are only going to get exponentially faster – the time to change is now. With resilience, adaptability and flexibility, any company and individual can, not only survive, but prosper in the 4th Industrial Revolution. It is not the strongest of the species that will survive, it is the one most adaptable to change (Darwin).
