Connection! Real, authentic connections. In a world of hashtags, followers, likes and algorithms, we must not forget the true importance of human connection. This is what is needed now. Not the connection between your thumb and cell phone or your fingertips sharing a highlight on Facebook. It is sitting across the table with a real person and see them and let them see you. To be open and honest and real about your life, your business and everything in between. To ask for help, to offer help. To support each other. Everywhere I go and most people I am speaking to at the moment are battling with complete overwhelm, at their lives and to-do-lists and time and money which there never seem to be enough of.

So maybe it is time to take a small step back, to reflect, to re-adjust, be grateful for what you have and for the people in your life and make an effort to connect with them more.
