I balance your energetic body so that your emotional body is more in balance and you are better able to cope with life’s challenges. Through the use of counselling skills I help you to untangle what is happening in your life for you to make better sense of it and make helpful decisions.

What is the first thing you do every morning?
Open up all my curtains and take in the beauty of what surrounds me and feel gratitude.

What is the best business advice you ever received?
Perseverance and passion should always be your focus and do what you do well

I would be pink because it always softens the picture

Ireland, it looks so beautiful and earthy and has such wholesome energy

A qualified counsellor, settled in my career, reaching more people, giving back to those less fortunate and tackling my bucket list

Tell us one random thing that few people know about you.
I was asked to leave school in standard eight because the teachers thought I was a bad influence on others.
