Bookings received after this deadline will be charged a late booking fee of R495.00 for the meeting, if space is available. In today’s fast-paced, complex business environment, success is no longer built on individual brilliance alone. This interactive and explorative 'talk' explores how collaboration and co-creation can unlock the potential of your team's collective intelligence. Through shared thinking, diverse perspectives, and intentional connection, we’ll uncover how collective intelligence can help drive meaning-creation, deepen engagement, and solution finding. Guest Speaker: Naretha Pretorius

Naretha Pretorius is a qualified Integral Coach through the Centre for Coaching at the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business (GSB), in partnership with New Ventures West (USA) and recognised by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her purpose is to inspire, empower, and transform people and organisations through values-driven leadership coaching.

She is also a Reframed Thinking and Design Thinking Facilitator with a deep passion for unlocking human potential and creative development—supporting people and organisations in making meaningful connections and facilitating those insightful, transformative ‘a-ha’ moments.

Naretha believes strongly in the creative potential of all humans and organisations. Her expertise lies in facilitating individuals and groups through a unique integration of coaching, creative solution-finding, reflective practice, and transformational learning, grounded in an understanding of brand building and brand culture.

Naretha is trained in Business Innovation, Time Line Therapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and brings a systems thinking lens to her work. She is also a TEDx and keynote speaker.

Naretha currently serves as the Organisational Development Manager for The Independent Institute of Education and its three sister brands: IIE-Vega School, IIE-Varsity College, and IIE-MSA. In addition to her professional roles, she is a practising artist and holds a Master’s in Fine Art (Cum Laude).
