Guest Speaker: Peach Olive
Peach has owned Fresh Eyes since 1998 and trained almost 200 000 customer facing staff in South Africa and into Africa.
Clients include MTN, Mugg & Bean, Wimpy, Beekman Hotels, Resorts and Spas, The First Group, Private Game lodges and hotels, John Dorys, Vida E and is now busy with the conversion of 851 Caltex sites to Astron Energy, training 14 000 fuel attendants nationally.
Peach recently got her Disney accreditation in Customer Experience Excellence and is constantly researching to see what Customer Experience trends are happening and how to add value to the companies she works with in helping them create better experiences, increase turnover and customer loyalty and retention by sharing her passion and expertise.
Fun facts : Peach was a traffic reporter on 5fm, was born cripple, and owned an Academy that taught men how to drive 4 x 4’s.
Peach is a mom to 5 kids, a wife to Allan, owns 3 businesses, and is soon to launch a 4th – watch this space!
