Luci Hirsch grew up watching her parents establish the largest independent appliance retailer in Africa.

Allan and Margaret Hirsch opened their first store in 1979  when Luci was only a year old and  it was inevitable she’d learn a fair bit about entrepreneurship and growing a business.

Currently brand manager for Hirsch’s Home Store Group, Luci takes great pride in the company her family has built, and the resilience and dedication needed to achieve this level of success.  For Luci, being part of Hirsch’s is about upholding a legacy, honouring tradition, and fostering a sense of belonging.

Luci has also managed to combine a demanding career with a rewarding personal life - she is  a wife to Den Jackson and together they have 3 busy boys.
