Lesa Bradshaw (B Soc Sci Hons Psych, Psychometrist in Independent Practice, Dip HR Management, MBA) is co-owner of Bradshaw LeRoux Consulting.
Although Lesa’s ‘disability’ (Spinal Muscular Atrophy a genetic condition that impacts on her life expectancy, mobility, and independent living) has had practical implications, she showcases her determination, incredible sense of humour and expertise in the area of Transformation and Diversity, to deliver a range of informative, stereotype-busting, and inspirational talks.
Lesa and her business partner, Nicky Le Roux, started Bradshaw Le Roux Consulting in 1998 and today, are considered to be leading specialists in the sourcing, placing and integrating of People with a disability into the world of work. In addition to this, they run a National recruitment service and are specialists in the Assessment of Competency and Potential with their wide range of Assessment Services.
