I had a main brain stem stroke in November 2014. I searched for answers and found macadamia nut oil to be the most incredible in supporting my body heart, mind, arteries and energy. The oil
was expensive and not always available as genuine cold pressed oil. During covid, my husband engineered a genuine cold press machine. The cold press process ensures the natural goodness of the raw macadamia nut is preserved. Cold pressed macadamia nut oil is a "superfood" oil because it contains over 80% monounsaturated fats—a higher concentration than olive oil and it also contains rare nutrients that support cardiovascular, cognitive, and cellular health. The "cold-pressed" method ensures these beneficial fats, vitamins, and antioxidants are not destroyed. Macadamia nut oil has a high smoke point (210°C-240°C) making it an essential cooking oil too.

Hot pressed vs Cold Pressed
Hot press = yellow to dark coloured oil = TOXIC faster oil production(sometimes the oil is bleached to make it lighter)(dark coloured bottles)
Cold press = clear to pale yellow oil = NUTRIENT-RICH GOODNESS extremely slow oil production(clear glass bottles)

Our oil is crafted from the some of the finest macadamia nuts in the world. South African macadamia nuts are known world wide to be nutrient-rich and extremely beneficial to heart and skin health.
Fact: 95%-98% of South Africas macadamia production is exported annually. A mere 2% is consumed locally. This is why macadamias are so expensive in South Africa.
We purchase this kernel from the production houses in South Africa and manufacture our oil.
Why did we do this and why did we keep working at ensuring the process is 100% cold pressed? That is a long complicated story but the short version is.....I had health problems that I could not get help for and it culminated in a main brain stem stroke when & my 2nd born son was only 15months old. I was terrified of dying so I started researching and found cold pressed macadamia nut oil. Cold pressed macadamia nut oil was not readily available in our stores and the bottles I found online were very expensive. My husband at that stage was already involved in the macadamia nut industry, suppling all sorts of machinery. He designed our press ensuring the integrity of the macadamia nut and its nutrient rich profile are retained.
