Describe what your company does in 2 sentences.
Pure Romance is a relationship enhancement company selling a range of bath, beauty, massage, games and bedroom accessories. Women invite their girlfriends to their home for an afternoon or evening of fun and I entertain them with a demonstration of our products.

What is the first thing you do every morning?
I’m up at 4 am with my son so I set him up on the couch with his iPad and the TV and I walk on the treadmill for 40 minutes.

What is the best business advice you ever received?
Don’t expect your business to be making the profit you want in 3 months; it’s going to take at least 2 years to build relationships and trust in you and your business.

If you were a crayon, what colour would you be and why?
I’d be a red crayon – it’s the color of fun and energy!

What is your favourite place on Earth and why?
The Seychelles – the most magnificent beaches, wonderful people and a lifestyle that is idyllic.

Where do you see yourself in five year’s time?
I am trying to start a support group for mom’s and families with special needs children. Most parents struggle with the mammoth task of raising their children without the support of family and friends and they feel isolated. We also don’t have many specialists in Durban who are willing to donate their time so I show them how to connect with professionals on Skype and other parents through various social media platforms. I would like to have a massive home with an outside/inside area with a tea garden where families can bring their children and not feel like they have to explain their child’s condition or behaviour to others.

Tell us one random thing that few people know about you.
I am active in our NHW and go out on patrols.
