- What’s the name of your business, and what role do you play in making it a success? NKR Outsourced HR, I am the Office and HR Administrator, the go-to person to get things done.
- If you had to sum up your business in two sentences, how would you describe it? We cover the entire spectrum of employment. We offer custom HR solutions that align with your business goals.
- How long have you been on this journey, and what inspired you to start? I have been in the HR Industry for almost 2 years.
- What led you to this industry—was it passion, opportunity, or something unexpected? I have always had a passion for working with people. HR seemed like the perfect field.
- What has been your biggest challenge so far, and what did it teach you? Balancing full-time work and studies. Its been tough, but it taught me resilience, time management and the value of hard work.
- What’s the one skill or trait that has been absolutely essential to your success?Prioritisation, differentiating between urgency and importance has helped me stay focuses and stay on top of everything.
- What’s the best piece of business advice you’ve ever received, and how has it shaped your approach? Work smart not hard, it reminded me that strategy and efficiency matter just as much as effort especially in a fast-paced industry like HR.
- If you had to share one “secret ingredient” to business success, what would it be?Perseverance, keep going because you will reach there.
- What’s your biggest business goal for 2025, and how are you working towards it?To step into a more strategic role in HR. I am constantly upskilling, learning from my mentors and taking on projects that push me outside my comfort zone.
- Tell us something surprising about yourself that most people wouldn’t guess! I once wanted to be an actress…many years ago but this seems surprising because I am probably the shyest one in every room!
