September 2024 Meeting

Sep 5 @ 8:00 am - 10:30 am

Topic: Diversity Dynamics Transforming Challenges into Opportunities

As professionals, we operate in a linguistically and culturally diverse environment. While we take pride in our rainbow nation, South Africa's diversity significantly influences our human relations and presents various challenges in the workplace. These challenges can lead to tensions and, in some cases, escalate into costly industrial relations issues such as disciplinary hearings, negative publicity, or even CCMA cases.

A better understanding of our diverse workforce can help a company avoid these negative repercussions. Don’t let these seemingly small but important aspects of diversity impact your profit margins. Be proactive! Protect your brand! Join us in this practical and relevant engagement to address and embrace workplace diversity effectively.
