Vicky wrote the book on dying after realising how little she knew about what needed to happen after her father passed away. Even though it was a long illness and they had been mentally preparing for his death, the actual day-to-day stuff came as a huge surprise and shock. She has now made it her mission to help others prepare for the inevitable.
