How do you achieve success using your 24 hours in a day. Time management can only take one so far. Business and professional woman have so many demands on multiple fronts. The sense of overwhelm makes one less effective and of course raises stress, which when sustained over long periods leads to poor health, poor relationships and loss of confidence.
There is no such thing as balance if you want to live a life beyond mediocrity, extraordinary results require extra ordinary effort. This talk will unpack this conundrum and give some practical advice on how you can be more effective with your 24 hours, well at least 8 of them!

Guest Speaker: Shirley Pearson
Shirley is a driven and successful business owner and coach. She believes in the dedicated and persistent pursuit of passion that ripples into far-reaching benefits for others.
After graduating from UCT in 1985 Shirley worked in Johannesburg heading up the Industrial Relations Department of what was then the biggest retailer in SA: the OK Bazaars and Hyperama. She did a stint as a CCMA Commissioner and owned a couple of small businesses before taking up a business coaching franchise which she heads up. Shirley is married to Bobby and has three children - Justine, James and Kelly.
