S<\/strong>pecific:<\/td>\n<\/td>\n | Set specific goals.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n | M<\/strong>easurable:<\/td>\n | <\/td>\n | How will this goal be measured?<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n | A<\/strong>ttainable:<\/td>\n | <\/td>\n | Ensure that the goal is achievable and attainable.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n | R<\/strong>ealistic:<\/td>\n | <\/td>\n | Check that the goal is realistic and (or) relevant.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n | T<\/strong>ime:<\/td>\n | <\/td>\n | By when will this goal be achieved?<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n | <\/p>\n The power to focus \u2013 The 4-D Solution <\/strong><\/h2>\nD<\/strong>ump it:<\/td>\n | Learn to say \u201cNo\u201d. You may choose not to do.
