Simphiwe’s leadership and management experience is par excellence and demonstrated through various roles leading strategy\, programme design and project execution for South Africa’s longest standing youth entrepreneurship programme\, SAB KickStart and as a board member in her capacity as the National Student Chapter Chairperson in the Black Management Forum. \nSimphiwe is an experienced and recognised social entrepreneur having been selected Pearson Affordable Learning Fund and Spark International for her entrepreneurial projects to solving major challenges in education and bringing people in their communities out of poverty in South Africa. \nHer most successful business venture to date includes co-founding and leading brand growth and business investment of close to R1 million into Kgoshigadi Tradings\, a social enterprise intended to produce biodegradable sanitary pads in local mini factories.
