And I can be quite a snarky smart-ass\, with a terrible potty-mouth when you eventually get to know me. \nJo and her hubby have 13 rescue cats\, some of whom are employed by me on a part-time basis\, the rest are spongers\, but they’re still cute! Her other baby\, Eowyn is 23 and lives in London.  Jo’s mission is to empower small-business owners to become DIY design ninjas for all the small\, immediate\, day-to-day stuff required to manage their social media profiles and basic marketing items. Because\, really\, it’s a pain for you to have to wait (and pay for) all those little things from a designer that you need right now.

Through numerous injuries during high school\, Mike developed a keen interest in sports medicine which has given him the opportunity of being involved with numerous sports team\, and currently heading up the medical team for the Collegians Rugby Club. \n  \nBoth Bruce and Mike are extremely passionate about health\, treating patients and serving the community. They engage the patient and practitioner in a therapeutic partnership. It is an evolution in the practice of medicine that better addresses the healthcare needs of the 21st century\, by shifting the traditional disease-centered focus of medical practice to a more patient-centered approach. With treatment of the whole person\, not just an isolated set of symptoms\, We combine this approach with rehabilitation and education of the specific injury or medical condition to get the corrective and sustained result.

They founded Simplicity Coaching in 2008 when they realised their mutual passion for working with people to identify what really matters to them so that they can live a life in alignment with their true self.  They started off by facilitating retreats in the KZN Midlands and have grown their business to include individual coaching\, specialising in the Enneagram and running Mindfulness-based workshops\, programs and talks. \nThey have just completed a 2 year Post-Graduate Certificate Course in Mindfulness Based Interventions through IMISA and Stellenbosch University.
