As a Leadership and Organisational Culture consultant\, facilitator and coach\, Liesel has partnered with a wide range of clients for over 15 years\, in both South Africa and the UK. \nIn 2015 Liesel trained with Dr. Brené Brown in London\, and she is certified as both a Daring Way™ and Dare to Lead™ facilitator. She is also the co-founder of a business called Open Circles\, which supports organisations and schools to work towards building a more inclusive culture through the power of dialogue. \nLiesel holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Ethics (Cum Laude) from the University of Stellenbosch. She also has a Diploma in Personal Transformational Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching in London and is certified as an Associate Coach with the International Coach Federation. \nLiesel is a wife\, mom of two spirited young daughters\, an occasional marathon runner\, and a proud South African.
