Describe what your company does in 2 sentences.
We provide labour law advisory services. This includes but not limited to: CCMA/ Bargaining Council advisory services, chairing of disciplinary/ appeal hearings, employment contracts, development of labour related policies, etc.

What is the first thing you do every morning?
The first thing I do every morning is to pray and dedicate my day to God.

What is the best business advice you ever received?
“Cash is key”, always ensure that your business stays “liquid” at all times.

Red – it is bright, it stands out and you cannot hide it.

What is your favourite place on Earth and why?
My home in South Africa, watching other people on TV from other African countries makes me fell blessed for being born in this country.

Where do you see yourself in five year’s time?
To be a well know Mediator including but not limited to the industrial relations environment
My business being stable and profitable, having the latest and best infrastructure.
